(*) Mandatory fields In order for the form to function properly, you should have pop-ups enabled on your browser. The application form must be filled in with as much information as possible, and in all cases, the periods indicated in the BNE Service Charter for this service will not begin until the BNE has enough information to correctly identify both the applicant and the work, or specific part of the work, for which they are requesting reproduction/public use. The BNE will also contact you through the email address you have provided for any information needed to process your request. If we do not receive a reply to the information requested by BNE in a period of 30 days, we will understand that you are no longer interested in continuing with the application you made and it will be cancelled. Once your application has been received, the BNE will send you the associated cost estimate which will be valid for a period of 90 calendar days. If payment of the cost estimate is not received in this period, your application will be cancelled automatically.
You may also attach the relevant documents for specifying your request. A maximum number of 3 files may be attached. The maximum size per file is 10Mb, with a total maximum of 15Mb. The files allowed are: .jpg, .jpeg, .odt, .odp, .ods, .odg, .docx, .xlsx, .pptx, .pdf, .png, .rtf, .svg, .tiff and .txt.
