The Biblioteca Nacional de España services charter complies   with the provisions of  Royal Decree 951/2005, of 29 July, establishing the general framework for improving the quality of the State General Administration.

 

Service charters are instruments through which bodies, organisations and entities belonging to the State General Administration inform the public and users about the services they provide, about their rights in relation to these services and about quality commitments associated with the same.
