How to send a form

 The electronic headquarters of the Biblioteca Nacional de España allows the public to apply for the services provided by following the procedure below:

Step I: Which service?

 Find out which service your wish to apply for by entering Procedures and services.

Step II: Find out all about me

Enter the service page and find about what the service consists of. The services are always structured as follows:

What… gives a brief definition of the service.
How… includes the following links:
 

  • Application form for this service: This gives access to the corresponding application form.
  • Application form through the electronic register: This gives access to the application form using the BNE electronic register and your digital certificate.
  • Technical requirements: The technology requirements necessary to send the form.
  • Further information about this procedure: A direct link to the BNE website where you will find further information.
  • Enquire about this service: Send us an e-mail with your questions about the service.
  • Call us: Call us if you have any queries. 

 

Step III: Access the form

Once you are clear about which service you wish to use, you need to access and fill out a form using the direct links: Application form for this service or alternatively via the electronic register: Application form through the electronic register.

Once you have chosen how you wish to access the form, you must provide the information requested.
 

Step IV: Awaiting a reply

Once you have sent the form correctly you will be given further instructions.
