What are complaints and suggestions?

In accordance with the quality programmes provided for in Royal Decree 951/2005, of 29 July, which establishes the general framework for improving the quality of public administration, citizens may submit their complaints and suggestions to the Biblioteca Nacional electronically. To do this they require an electronic signature.

How to lodge a complaint or a suggestion through the register

The application should be completed and then signed electronically.

In order to be able to sign electronically,  the applicant must have an electronic signature  and meet a number of technical requirements.
