The Law 6/2020, of 11 November, which regulates certain aspects of electronic services trust according to article 12 that service providers of unskilled confidence do not need prior administrative verification of compliance with requirements to start operating, but should inform its activity to the ministry of economic and Digital Transformation within three months since the start, on its website a list of services providers of unskilled confidence in a different list of services providers qualified confidence, with the detailed description of the characteristics and spreads qualified service providers and suppliers.

In the same time limit should inform the modification of data initially transmitted and the cessation of its activity.
