Article 13 Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of Common Administrative Procedure of public services guarantees the right of people in their relations with public administrations to communicate with Them through an access point General electronic administration in relation to any request, written or communications other than the already defined in the register's establishment.
Additionally, these can be addressed to any body or entity related to the administration that owns the register.
How can I make other applications, documents or communications through the register?
The application should be completed and then signed electronically.
In order to be able to sign electronically, the applicant must have an electronic signature and meet a number of technical requirements
