Article 347.2 of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts, establishes that "the contractor profiles of the contracting bodies of all state public sector entities must be stored on a mandatory basis in the Public Sector Procurement Platform, and must be managed and disseminated exclusively through it. The institutional web pages of these bodies will include a link to their contractor profile located on the Public Sector Procurement Platform."
